How does a project start?
Book a free 30-minute consultation. We'll ask about your goals, then send a written scope and quote.
How do you price projects?
Each project is quoted on its scope after the consultation. Ongoing work such as social media management or hosting is billed monthly.
Do you work with clients in other countries?
Yes. We work remotely with clients anywhere, schedule calls in your timezone, and meet in person when a project calls for it and it's practical.
Can we hire you for just one service?
Of course. Many clients start with one service and add others later. Having one team for everything is an option, not a requirement.
Who owns the work when the project ends?
You do. Once the project is paid for, we hand over the code, design files and account access.
Do you offer support after launch?
Yes. Every project includes a handover, and we offer ongoing support for updates, fixes and new features.
AI Integration
Do you only build chatbots and automations?
No. Those are where most clients start, but we also build custom AI solutions around your business. Tell us the problem and we'll suggest the right approach.
Will the chatbot make things up?
We limit it to content you approve and set it to hand off to a person when it isn't sure. You review its answers before launch.
Do we need to replace our current tools?
Usually not. We connect to the tools you already use through their APIs or an automation platform.
What happens to our data?
We pick providers and settings that don't train on your data, and we only send the information a task actually needs.
Web Development
Custom code or no-code: which do we need?
No-code suits marketing sites your team edits often. Custom code suits complex features, integrations or strict performance needs. We recommend one after the consultation.
Can you redesign our existing site?
Yes. We review what works today, keep your search rankings in mind, and plan redirects so nothing breaks.
Do you handle hosting?
Yes. We can host and maintain the site for you, or deploy it to your own account and hand it over.
Cloud & DevOps
We already have servers. Can you work with them?
Yes. We start by documenting what you have, then improve it step by step without downtime.
Who has access to our cloud accounts?
You own the accounts. We work with the least access a task needs and hand everything back at the end.
Social Media Management
Do we approve posts before they go live?
Yes. You review each month's calendar before anything is scheduled.
Which platforms do you cover?
Whichever ones your audience uses. Most clients start with two or three and add more later.
Do you run paid ads?
Yes. We plan and manage paid campaigns on Meta, TikTok and LinkedIn and report on spend and results every month. Ad spend is paid directly to the platforms, so you always see where it goes.
Creative & Design
Can you work with our existing brand guidelines?
Yes. If you don't have guidelines yet, we can put together a short brand kit first.
Do you shoot video or only edit?
We mostly edit and animate from your footage or stock. For filming, tell us where you are and we'll plan the best option.
