Who we are

NeuHaze is a digital agency. In this policy, "we" and "us" mean NeuHaze. For any privacy question, email info@neuhaze.com.

What we collect

When you use the contact form, we collect your name, email address, company (optional), the service you're interested in, your budget range (optional) and your message.

If you apply for a job, we collect the details and files you send us, such as your CV, portfolio links and cover note.

If you use the chat assistant, the messages in your conversation are sent to our AI provider to write each answer. We don't store chat transcripts: the conversation disappears when you close or reload the page. If you choose to share your name, email and needs in the chat so we can contact you, those details are emailed to our team and handled like a contact-form enquiry.

To protect the site from abuse, we process your IP address for rate limiting, and Cloudflare Turnstile checks that a real person is submitting the form.

We don't use advertising or tracking cookies. Your theme choice (light or dark) is stored in your browser's local storage and never sent to us.

Why we use it

We use your contact details to reply to your enquiry and prepare a proposal. The legal basis is your request to us before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries.

We use IP addresses only to keep the site secure. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in preventing spam and abuse.

We use job applications only to assess you for a role at NeuHaze. The legal basis is your request to be considered.

Who we share it with

We never sell your data. We use a small number of service providers to run the site: Vercel (hosting), Resend (email delivery), Upstash (rate limiting), Cloudflare (bot protection) and Groq (the AI model behind the chat assistant) and Cal.com (booking calls: if you book, Cal.com receives the name, email and notes you enter). They process data only on our instructions.

Some of these providers may process data outside your country. Where that happens, we rely on safeguards such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that don't lead to a project, and job applications that don't lead to a hire, are deleted within 12 months. Client records are kept for as long as the contract and applicable law require. Rate-limiting data (your IP address and a message count) expires automatically within 24 hours.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, delete or export your data, or object to or restrict how we use it. Email info@neuhaze.com and we'll reply within 30 days.

If you're unhappy with how we handle your data, you can also complain to your local data protection authority.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be highlighted on the site.
